1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

, hereinafter referred to as “Nextfoam”) processes personal information for the following purposes and will not use it for any purpose other than those stated below:

Confirmation of user registration intent, identification and authentication for service provision, maintenance and management of membership status, payment for goods or services, and delivery of goods or services.
2. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information

① Nextfoam processes and retains personal information within the period agreed upon by the data subject at the time of collection or as required by applicable laws.

② The specific retention periods are as follows:
☞ Customer registration and management: Until termination of the service agreement or membership cancellation.

3. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

① Nextfoam entrusts personal information processing tasks to third parties as follows to facilitate smooth operations.

② When entering into outsourcing contracts, Nextfoam specifies in documents such as contracts, in accordance with Article 25 of the Personal Information Protection Act, matters including prohibition of processing personal information for purposes other than the entrusted tasks, technical and administrative safeguards, restrictions on re-entrustment, supervision of the entrusted party, and liability for damages.

③ If there are any changes in the entrusted tasks or service providers, such changes will be disclosed without delay through this Privacy Policy.

4. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Exercise Methods

Users, as data subjects, may exercise the following rights:

5. Items of Personal Information Processed

① Nextfoam processes the following personal information items:

Required items: Login ID, Name, Email
Optional items: Password question and answer, Password, Mobile phone number, Company name, Company phone number, Department
6. Destruction of Personal Information

Nextfoam, in principle, destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of processing has been achieved. The procedures, deadlines, and methods are as follows:

Destruction Procedure
Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database (or separate documents in the case of paper) after the purpose is achieved and stored for a certain period according to internal policies and relevant laws before being destroyed. Such personal information is not used for other purposes unless required by law.
Destruction Deadline
Personal information is destroyed within 5 days from the expiration date of the retention period, or within 5 days from the date it is deemed unnecessary due to achievement of the processing purpose, termination of the service, or business closure.
7. Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information

Nextfoam implements the following technical, administrative, and physical measures in accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act:

Minimization and Training of Personnel Handling Personal Information
Only designated personnel handle personal information, and their number is minimized.
Encryption of Personal Information
User passwords are encrypted and stored so that only the user can know them. Important data is protected through encryption or file-locking mechanisms.
Access Control
Access rights to database systems are granted, changed, or revoked to control access, and unauthorized external access is prevented through intrusion prevention systems.
Document Security
Documents and storage media containing personal information are kept in secure locations with locking devices.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

① This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation, and any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policies will be announced through notices at least 7 days prior to implementation.
